Went to Myrtle Beach and completed the Big Dawg challenge at some restaurant. Three cheeseburgers, bacon, pulled pork, coleslaw, and loaded nachos all in 30 minutes. This was the first food challenge I've ever done and probably the last 😂

In my 10+ years of lifting weights I have never dropped a weight...never. not even 5lbs Yesterday I dropped a 35lb plate right on my finger. I moved my foot in time otherwise I probably would have broken my foot and needed stitches Very thankful, could have been much worse
