@HomeExchangecom you used to have great customer service but now it’s been a week awaiting a real customer support agent because your bot keep taking me round and round. 😩😩 I’ve used home exchange for over 10 years now and expected better

My wife and I love to travel. People often ask how we can afford to travel so much (especially when we used to bring our 4 kids). Well we do have high standards, but we are also bargain hunters. We shop for deals on flights, hotels and attractions whenever possible. Since 2012, we've also immersed ourselves in the world of home exchanges. We've done over 40 of them since we joined across 5 continents. One of the appeals is that we have a whole home with cooking and laundry so that we're not always eating out. It also costs us virtually nothing to stay in these places. We've always been fortunate to have fabulous places to stay and I have to say that our current accommodation near Lunenburg, NS is one of the nicest. As an avid amateur chef, the availability of fresh seafood and a fantastic kitchen and pantry has been a dream.
