@darthwalnuts Really no need to be abusive. I’m happy you enjoy the new content. I just (mostly) don’t. Not due to an inability to suspend disbelief, but because I think the writing is extremely poor and breaks aspect of the universe that I think should be maintained.

@HonestStarWars Truly amazing what some people will and won’t suspend disbelief for, complaining about similar seemingly-silly things and not have the intellectual capacity to see their own hypocrisy. You clickbait merchants and the mouth breathers who follow you are tiring.

I'm totally comfortable with Star Wars content that's just made for kids, but Earth-like 80s suburbs and dogs in the Star Wars universe? Oh and yet another Jedi that miraculously survived Order 66?
Sheesh. Disney has literally given up.

Get ready for a brand new Star Wars adventure. Watch the trailer for Skeleton Crew, streaming with a two-episode series premiere December 3 on @DisneyPlus.

@UncleRicoDPrimo First one I’ll seriously consider not watching. There has to be a limit on the self-punishment I’m willing to endure.
English

@ryanjenkins11 @Liambacon3 Cool but if it doesn’t affect Jedi screen time, then it has no impact or relevance to the viewer experience.
“Omg another surviving Jedi” in every series is not exciting. It’s just tedious.
English

@HonestStarWars @Liambacon3 9,900 Jedi dead ba 9,899 dead.
Real big emotional swing there
English

@Liambacon3 I get that. But, for myself, it really reduces the emotional impact of Order 66 if there are endless surviving Jedi that keep popping up in every series and film.
It used to just be Kenobi and Yoda. That felt like a big deal.
English

@HonestStarWars There were 10,000 Jedi Knights, if 1% survived there would only be 100 left. Order 66 was a massive success but they didn't get everyone. There are hundreds/thousands of planets in SW, all at different levels of development.
English

Disney thinks this title is so simple and descriptive that it's cute and quaint, but it's actually just astonishingly lazy and clashes with 'The Mandalorian' series title.
A movie title should be symbolic and evocative of its purpose and themes.
