@NBSaphierMD You are over-generalizing -- every intervention has avg net weight gain back, or resumption of progression towards T2D, etc., when stopped. I agree that >50% regain >50% of their wt. But data suggests more pts keep >50% wt off than regain all. It takes effort/change either way...

With a Millionaires' Tax, let's create a sales tax holiday, with no sales tax on items less than $1,000.
I also propose exempting diapers and baby products from sales tax in addition to personal hygiene products.
