Himmler said at a Kriegsmarine meeting in December 1943: "700.000 germans immigrated, two million foreigners emigrated. Such and such number of jews were brought to the East. Movements of peoples, which we call by great names in history..."

1.) A pardon is forgiveness and carries the imputation of guilt. It is not exoneration. 2.) Pardons are meaningless to deceased individuals. 3.) The “pardon” was an apology by the state for failing to stop Frank's abduction, and explicitly takes no stance on his conviction.

Today marks 40 years since Leo Frank z"l was posthumously pardoned - a significant day in ADL history. Frank was lynched by a hate-filled mob in Georgia after being unjustly convicted of murder in a trial marred by antisemitism. May his memory be a blessing.

@Howd2375 Mas supostamente, Himmler teria dito ao Mufti de Jerusalém que 50% das vítimas do holocausto (3 milhões) teriam sido mortas em julho de 43, que não bate muito com os supostos 80% em fevereiro (citada no texto do sujeito), o método é, chute números.

Himmler speaks about past actions, nothing prevents him from possibly referring to the general context of the deportations, and this includes 1942

It cannot, you’d have to have zero mental faculties to believe that. Additionally, learn about the topic before you choose to deny it. The residual intact Jewish populations in October 1943 were either in states which ceased to cooperate or that chose to not deport their Jews.

No one denies that the resettlement was violent and that many Jews died during the process from famine, disease and suicide. They had to dispose of hundreds of corpses, and that was no easy task for anyone

This can be interpreted in other ways, since in October 1943 there were still many jews in the occupied areas according to orthodoxy. When he says "to kill this people who wanted to kill us" it gives the impression that the process was complete

Try it yourself. Go to the main websites about the Holocaust and you'll always see Posen speech highlighted; often Hitler's speeches aren't even mentioned. This isn't new, it also happened at the Nuremberg trials encyclopedia.ushmm.org/content/en/art… encyclopedia.ushmm.org/content/en/art…

Hitler’s speeches receive greater attention. Posen may receive more attention from anti-denial laymen - to give you a concession you haven’t earned. But this is largely due to the fact any denialist translation of Ausrottung becomes increasingly awkward the more you translate.

What I meant is that these speeches don't receive the same attention as the Posen speech, and that's due to the emphasis placed on the confidentiality of the Posen speech. Despite this, we don't hear Himmler talking about mass graves, gas chambers and other things of that nature

“Hitler's speeches (saying the same thing [as Himmler]) are not?» This is just objectively not true. Hitler’s public speeches about his “prophecy” appear in almost every major work I’ve read. Browning, Longerich, Friedländer, Cesarani, etc cite some of the 4 public addresses.

"Obscure the overall truth" And wouldn't the "Ausrottung" be the overall truth, following the historians' interpretation of Posen? Have you ever wondered why Posen speech is widely used as evidence, but Hitler's speeches (saying the same thing) are not?

I addressed your "big dilemma" in my original post, yet you've chosen to ignore it. No serious person claims that the Nazis only "spoke in euphemisms" or that the Holocaust wasn't an "open secret." The Nazis aimed to conceal specific details and obscure the overall truth.
