I have been offered deals time and again, told either to leave the country or remain silent, and in return my cases would be withdrawn. Yet from the very first day, my position has been that I will only emerge from these cases through the courts, never as the result of any deal. This is why 300 fabricated cases have been filed against me. Any other person could not have withstood such persecution, but I know that I am innocent and that I stand on the side of truth. Even the false Toshakhana case has now completely collapsed. Witnesses presented by the prosecution, Brigadier Ahmad and Colonel Rehan, themselves admitted that the Toshakhana gifts were not taken to my residence but deposited in the Toshakhana, and all documentation is complete. Therefore, acquittal in this case should be granted in a single day, and in particular, bail for Bushra Begum should be approved, as she is a woman and is facing nothing but baseless allegations of aiding and abetment. I am fully aware that the so-called courts under the 26th Amendment deliver dictated verdicts, not according to the law but according to Asim Law. The sequence has already been planned: first, conviction will be announced in the second Toshakhana case, and only then will bail in the Al-Qadir Trust case be approved. This is the script, and the judiciary is currently functioning not on the basis of law, but according to this script. “My so-called trial in Adiala Jail is not being conducted by a judge but by an ISI Colonel, who takes instructions directly from the Army Chief, Asim Munir. “A false flag operation is being orchestrated along the lines of May 9th (2023) against Afghans and people of the tribal areas. Relations with Afghanistan have been deliberately sabotaged since Asim Munir assumed charge, with continuous provocations to push them into war with Pakistan, all to appease the lobby that opposes the current Afghan government and to project himself before the West as the supposed ‘savior’. First, grave threats were issued to the Afghan government; then, in blatant violation of religious, moral, and international refugee rights, Afghan brothers who had been residing in Pakistan for three generations were forcibly expelled. Then attacks were launched on Afghan soil, and now, operations have been initiated in the tribal areas under the pretext that ‘terrorists have arrived’. Because of these policies, our own people are being martyred everywhere: police personnel, soldiers, and innocent civilians being martyred are all our own. This approach can never establish peace. Lasting peace only comes through dialogue. Now, for the establishment of peace in Afghanistan and the tribal regions, three stakeholders must necessarily be brought together. First, the people of Pakistan’s tribal areas; second, the Afghan government; and third, the Afghan people. No operation can succeed without the cooperation of these three stakeholders, nor can any sustainable solution be found. What is being attempted in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is merely to discredit the PTI government. A military operation will only fuel further terrorism, and as the police are diverted to counter rising terrorism, governance and law-and-order will collapse. Such policies were also adopted during the tenure of the ANP government. All MPAs, MNAs, and Senators of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa must sit together with the Chief Minister to urgently resolve the challenges of the province. Special measures must be taken to maintain peace in those areas recently affected by floods. “The leaked Commonwealth report about the elections of February 8th (2024) has once again revealed the brazen electoral fraud used to shamelessly steal our mandate. According to the Commonwealth, this report had already been officially submitted to the Government of Pakistan, yet individuals like Sikandar Sultan Raja, who are utterly devoid of conscience, played a central role not only in facilitating electoral theft but also in concealing it. The law in Pakistan prescribes severe punishment for election fraud: Article 6 of the Constitution applies. However, every law in our country is currently rendered meaningless, except the ‘Asim Law’. Individuals like Liaquat Chattha are commendable who prioritized the voice of their conscience over jobs and titles. After this theft, a massacre was perpetrated, and the 26th Constitutional Amendment was imposed. The judges who spoke up against the amendment also deserve to be appreciated. The time for accepting a government that originated from a rigged election as legitimate is over. That is why resignations from the Senate and parliamentary committees have been tendered. My message to my party's parliamentarians is to neither fear the ‘Asim Law’ imposed upon the country, nor the prospect of imprisonment. “عاصم منیر میں طاقت کی بہت بھوک ہے اسی لیے اس نے بدترین آمریت قائم کر رکھی ہے۔ مجھ سے معافی کا مطالبہ کرنے کی بجائے عاصم منیر کو مجھ سے معافی مانگنی چاہیئے- نو مئی اسی نے کروائی جس نے سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج چرائی۔ اس وقت نو مئی عاصم منیر کی انشورنس پالیسی ہے۔ ملک میں ہائبرڈ سسٹم نہیں عاصم منیر کی ڈکٹیٹرشپ قائم ہے، اسی لیے ٹرمپ نے شہباز شریف کی بجائے عاصم منیر کو بلایا۔ فسطائیت اور جبر میں تمام حدود پار کرتے ہوئے میرے خاندان کے غیر سیاسی لوگوں کو مسلسل نشانہ بنایا جا رہا ہے۔ میرے دو بھانجوں شاریز خان اور شیر شاہ کو بھی اغواء کر لیا گیا حالانکہ ان کا سیاست سے کوئی تعلق نہیں۔ میرا بھانجا شاریز خان جو ایک بہترین ایتھلیٹ ہے اسے بھی اٹھا لیا گیا۔ مجھے مکمل طور پر قید تنہائی میں رکھا گیا ہے۔ تین ماہ میں میری محض تین ملاقاتیں کروائی گئی ہیں، میرے وکلأ اور اہل خانہ تک سے ملاقات کئی کئی ماہ روک دی جاتی ہے۔ یہ سب کچھ مجھ پر دباؤ ڈالنے کے لیے کیا جا رہا ہے۔ میرے ساتھ آٹھ ماہ سے بشرٰی بیگم کو بھی قید تنہائی میں رکھا گیا ہے۔ ایسا سلوک عورتوں کے ساتھ پاکستان کی تاریخ میں کبھی نہیں کیا گیا۔ یحیٰی خان نے بھی ایسا نہیں کیا- فیصل واوڈا جو اسٹیبلشمنٹ کا ترجمان ہے اس نے بشرٰی بیگم کے حوالے سے بیانات دئیے کہ وہ مجھ سے علیحدگی اختیار کر لیں گی۔ بشرٰی بیگم پر دباؤ ڈالا گیا کہ مجھ سے علیحدگی اختیار کر لیں مگر وہ میرے ساتھ کھڑی رہیں- اس سے پہلے جب عاصم منیر کو DG ISI کے عہدے سے ہٹایا تو اس نے زلفی بخاری کے ذریعے بشرٰی بیگم سے رابطے کی کوشش کی، لیکن انہوں نے انکار کر دیا، اسی لیے آج ان کے ساتھ یہ بدترین سلوک کیا جا رہا ہے۔ انہیں قید تنہائی میں رکھا گیا ہے۔ ان کو خراب حالات میں رکھے جانے پر کرنٹ لگ چکا ہے اور زخم آ چکے ہیں۔ ان کو استعمال کے لیے گندا پانی دیا جاتا ہے۔ ان پر ہر طرح کا ظلم جاری ہے۔ یہ سب کچھ عاصم منیر کروا رہا ہے- اس میں نہ کوئی اخلاقیات ہیں اور نہ اسلام کی سمجھ ہے- عاصم منیر کے لیے میرا پیغام ہے کہ مجھ پر دباؤ بڑھانے کے لیے چاہے میرے خاندان میں سے جس مرضی کو قید میں ڈال دو میں نہ جھکوں گا نہ اس ظلم کو قبول کروں گا۔ میں اپنی حقیقی آزادی کی جدوجہد ہر حال میں جاری رکھوں گا۔ عاصم منیر پاکستان کے ساتھ وہ کر رہا ہے جو محسن نقوی نے کرکٹ کے ساتھ کیا ہے۔ عدلیہ تباہ، میڈیا خاموش اور پولیس سے ایسے کام کروائے جا رہے ہیں جس سے وہ کریمینالائز ہو چکی ہے۔ ایسا تو یحیٰی خان کے دور میں بھی نہیں ہوا۔ پولیس کو تحریک انصاف کے لوگوں کے خلاف استعمال کیا جا رہا ہے جس کی وجہ سے ملک میں جرائم کی شرح بڑھ گئی ہے، ملک میں بے روزگاری عروج پر ہے، ایس آئی ایف سی سے معشیت ٹھیک نہیں ہوتی بلکہ عوام کے اعتماد اور قانون کی حکمرانی سے ٹھیک ہوتی ہے۔ ان چوروں کو ہم پر مسلط کر دیا گیا ہے جن کی کرپشن اور منی لانڈرنگ کے ثبوت مجھے خود ISI دیتی رہی ہے۔ جو شخص بھی تحریک انصاف چھوڑ دیتا ہے اس کے سارے کیس معاف کر دئیے جاتے ہیں۔ جب بھی ڈکٹیٹرشپ آتی ہے ججز کو ساتھ ملا کر ہی نظام پر قابض ہوتی ہے۔ اس وقت بے ضمیر ججز کی وجہ سے پاکستان میں قانون کی حکمرانی مکمل ختم ہو چکی ہے۔ 26ویں آئینی ترمیم کے بعد عدلیہ بالکل ہی غلام بن چکی ہے۔ بے ضمیر ججز انسانی حقوق کی پامالی کے خلاف ایکشن نہیں لے رہے۔اگر ہمارے ججز ضمیر کے ساتھ کام کرتے، پاکستان کے لوگوں کو انصاف دیتے، ان کو خوف ہوتا کہ یوم محشر اللہ کو حساب دینا ہے تو یہ جو ظلم جو ہو رہا ہے یہ کبھی نہ ہوتا۔ اس ظلم و نا انصافی میں یہ بےضمیر جج برابر کے مجرم ہیں۔ 1/2

بقول PTI کے سینیٹر ہمایوں محمند کے شاہ محمود قریشی بھی compromised ہیں اور ڈیل کے ذریعے ۹ مئی مقدمے سے نکلے ہیں۔۔ کیونکہ جج خود شاہ محمود قریشی کے حق میں گواہی دے رہا تھا۔۔۔!
