I was really excited for this one, but it feels like from the concept stage it missed the mark. Any time you're incentivizing players to run towards the killer to attack them, you have a bad gameplay loop on your hands. We've already seen it in so many games, some closer to home for Illfonic than others. The Jason kill squads in Friday The 13th made most people not want to play as him, when the counselors mostly chose Vanessa who could outrun him easily, then would mob, stun, then dance and emote over his fallen body. Texas Chainsaw Massacre got even dumber with backstabs and door slams and grapples. People would play the game just to bully the family, who were supposed to be the scary killers. Something like Halloween should have been about pure terror, fearing for your life, and desperately trying to escape any way you can. Not getting armed, circling Michael Myers and bullying him and stunlocking him. It's so easy to not fuck this up--unstoppable killer, horror and gore and terror, survivors need to use various skills to try to escape...skills that don't include confronting and attacking the attacker. It's so silly. And for that reason, I'm out.

So @elonmusk, I think it's time to acknowledge that a lot of people, in overwhelming numbers I imagine, use AI generation for spicy content. A dedicated tier for Grok Imagine that is Premium+ only, strict legal adult/fictional explicit gens (18+ verified humans, no CSAM, no deepfakes, no illegal content) is a no-brainer. Porn crowned VHS, Blu-ray & every format war. This would absolutely print money, disrupts the $100B+ porn industry, and would accelerate video gen adoption while X stays the free-speech platform. Early backlash from Imagine could be addressed with a cleaner, opt-in verified tier with hard blocks on export/sharing while capturing the demand that is currently underserved. Someone is going to take advantage of the vacuum the new technology has created and @xAI has the opportunity to be the ones holding the crown. It's on the horizon, coming even sooner than we think, and Imagine has already proven to be the leader in AI image and video generation. It's time to take the training wheels off.

@McIronkok @xai @grok @imagine Very well said. I'm a Heavy subscriber too and I think they just need to lean into the explicit and tap the market. x.com/HumongousBalls…

Subject: Feedback for @xai from a loyal SuperGrok creator – @grok @imagine animation moderation creating major workflow roadblocks for consistent-character projects Dear xAI team, I’m a long-time SuperGrok subscriber and heavy user of Grok Imagine for long-form fantasy storytelling projects. I love the tool—especially Spicy Mode for achieving a mature, adult-oriented cinematic tone (deeper expressions, sophisticated “acting,” emotional depth, and nuanced improv-style narrative without crossing into explicit content). It’s one of the main reasons I stay loyal and generate everything inside the Grok ecosystem. However, the recent moderation tightenings (particularly the overnight refinements in late March 2026) have created serious work stoppages. Even fully clothed, narrative-driven scenes with my consistent characters (e.g., intimate but SFW seated conversations in rain under a full moon for a film-noir Harper agents story, or relaxed seated yoga/practice shots) often fail at the animation stage despite successful static uploads. The frame-by-frame risk prediction seems overly aggressive on poses, close framing, wet clothing effects, and romantic tension—even when the prompt explicitly uses “Spicy; mature adult-oriented cinematic tone; wholesome heroic journey; emotional narrative depth; sophisticated storytelling” and the content is clearly non-degenerate. This is especially painful for projects requiring repeatable characters and specific non-negotiable compositions (like the film noir scene mentioned above). I can sometimes recreate bases fresh with multi-reference to improve odds, but older reliable references and certain intimate-yet-story-driven shots are now blocked or fail during video generation. It forces compromises I won’t make, or halts progress entirely. I’m not asking for zero safeguards—preventing real abuse (deepfakes, non-consensual undressing, etc.) is important. But the current balance is catching too many false positives on legitimate creative work from paying users building actual long-form content. I’d happily pay double or even triple the current SuperGrok fee for a “pro creator” tier with reduced training wheels on animation for verified users, while keeping strong protections against misuse. Grok Imagine has huge potential for stylized fantasy storytelling. Tightening after the January 2026 backlash made sense, but the March refinements have tipped too far for many dedicated creators. A better compromise (smarter per-user/contextual risk scoring, improved multi-reference reliability for animation, or optional paid tiers with lighter filters) would help retain loyal users like me who keep everything Grok-native. Happy to provide specific examples, before/after images, or test prompts if it helps the team tune the false positive rate without opening abuse vectors. Thank you for building something special—I’m rooting for adjustments that let the creative spark keep flowing. Best regards, Seamus @McIronkok SuperGrok user since February 2025

@mattvanswol @BernieSanders I don't know how often you fly coach, but it's a fucking nightmare. If I could I'd fly in business class as often as possible, especially if I were like a hundred years old like Bernie.

Grok Heavy is a complete game changer. It’s noticeably faster now, and I honestly use it for everything. I’ve got 16 agents running for me at all times, and it makes me feel superhuman. It’s like having a team of the smartest minds working for you 24/7. I can break down anything, verify anything, and get answers instantly. It’s hard to explain until you actually use it. For me, $3,000 a year is a no-brainer, especially if you are serious about AI.
