@Humsterr @ThrashPunkRacc @vladuhat999 @nyaraVT yes, exactly that. You can take property at the threat of violence. That's how it works. The more powerful you are, the easier it is. When the state wants your property, they take it. YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS, you only have what the state allows.

@33KV @ThrashPunkRacc @vladuhat999 @nyaraVT The state doesn't decide it anymore than the murderer. If I'm killed by a random person I'm no less dead than if I'm killed by an agent of State. My right is violated in any of this cases and there's nothing to enforce anymore, since I'm dead

@Humsterr @ThrashPunkRacc @vladuhat999 @nyaraVT The State does have that power. It can conscript you and send you to your certain death in war. It can imprison you and impose a death penalty. It can extra-judicially execute you. It can withhold life-saving medical intervention.

@33KV @ThrashPunkRacc @vladuhat999 @nyaraVT If the State doesn't want most of its citizens fleeing or fighting it won't infringe on my rights. Sometimes the State doesn't care about that and has other means to control me, so we get States violating human rights

@33KV @ThrashPunkRacc @vladuhat999 @nyaraVT No one, because no one can punish the State. It's just, again, means the State loses any power over me if it starts to infringe on my rights and I have a choice to flee or fight. So either political asylum or insurgency

@33KV @ThrashPunkRacc @vladuhat999 @nyaraVT The State punishing people who infringe on my life is not done to protect my right to life, but to protect the State itself, because it would shatter if it allowed people to kill each other. The State itself is interested in it, it's not a contract that it may choose to break

бывает, что учителя полны ненависти еду я в автобусе, на 5м месяце (уже нормальный живот). а я метиска (армянка+грузинка) и начинает на меня гнать женщина под 60, чтобы я место уступила, потому что я ещё и не русская и сижу а это моя учительница физкультуры в прошлом
