No. I think we should focus on training our own. There is also the small point that if you continually grow the population year on year by hundreds of thousands via immigration, you are going to need to import even more so that the services also continually grow. We need fewer people in this country. Not more. We are over populated and our population is set to increase by a huge 10 percent in the next 10-15 years. It is unsustainable. I would also say that many NHS and care workers from abroad are actually incompetent, can’t speak the language and are completely unable and quite often unwilling to communicate with residents. I’ve seen this first hand in care homes, and the quality of life for the residents is poor as a result.
