I can't, because you're making things impossible, also I'll get charged for every extra day I take to pay, but you make it impossible. Help me solve this, it is unfair and it is impossible for me to do anything at this point.

@IBMcloud I just got heavily charged for resources I no longer use, in an account that is not even active any more. When I try to log in back to see the problem I get logged out after telling me that my account just got upgraded. Not only am I not supposed to pay, even if I was,
