Last night we had the honour of showcasing our cross border project, Embrace, at @AnGrianan_Hotel in Burt. A truly exhilarating night which celebrated Irish and Ulster-Scots music, dance and heritage in a way that was never seen before. Funded by @FundforIreland

The audience included IFI Board Member Peter Osbourne, Cathaoirleach of Inishowen Municipal District Cllr Jack Murray, Leas-Cathaoirleach Cllr Terry Crossan, Cllr Joy Beard and IFI project worker Mary Moy.

Following this they has the chance to try out some highland dancing with the Sollus Highland Dancers. A huge thanks to dance teacher Georgina Kee and also our guest speakers as well as the Tour guides who made the day so informative.

Day 2 of Pave volunteering week in Ireland- A wonderful day for the PAVE participants learning about Derry’s journey of conflict&peace building with a tour of the Walls by Sean Feenan followed by a tour of The Bogside & onto the Museum of Free Derry and The Siege Museum
