📣 Milestone alert! 📣 The #IAmRemarkable movement has now reached passed 750,000 participants! 🎉 A big congratulations to Giselle Martinez who facilitated this milestone workshop! We caught up with Giselle to hear about her journey as a facilitator and the impact she’s seen firsthand. ✨ How long have you been an #IAmRemarkable facilitator? Since June 20, 2023 ✨ How many participants have you reached? 1,503 ✨ Where are you based? North Jersey, USA ✨ Why is #IAmRemarkable important to you? #IAmRemarkable is my reset button. It is a moment to reflect and reconnect with who I am and the impact I can have. It reminds me to show up with intention and to recognize the value I bring, not just to myself but to others. What moves me most is sharing this experience and watching people light up as they begin to own their stories. Seeing their confidence bloom in real time is powerful. It’s like watching someone find their voice and step into it fully. That transformation is why I keep coming back. ✨ How does it feel to have facilitated the workshop with the 750,000th participant? It’s an incredible honor. I’m proud of our team at Johnson Controls, Inc. and grateful to our organization that empowers us to bring this experience to our employees. Being part of the milestone of reaching 750,000 participants reminds me that our work reaches far beyond what we see—it’s proof we’re part of something truly meaningful. ✨ Any magic moments from your workshops that you'd like to share? This session was truly special. It was our first time hosting a dedicated session for our employees in the APAC region. It was midnight for my team, but right in the middle of their workday, and the energy they brought was amazing. Their engagement and warm welcome made it all worth it. By the time we wrapped up around 2 a.m., I was so energized I couldn’t sleep. That kind of global connection that this workshop made possible, that’s the magic. Thank you Giselle Martinez, and to the entire global facilitator community for helping us reach this milestone! Next stop- 1 million! 🌟

#MeetOurPlatinumFacilitators #IAmRemarkable Today, we're highlighting Janika Smit from the USA. ➕ How long have you been running workshops? 4 years ➕ How many people have you trained? 800+ ➕ In which languages do you deliver workshops? English ➕ How do you #InspireInclusion? I #InspireInclusion with the many leaders and individuals I coach in how they build connections within their teams, embracing the uniqueness of each individual and celebrating the different ways people communicate and contribute to shared goals. ➕ What advice would you give to individuals who struggle with self-promotion, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds, in order to gain recognition for their achievements? Just start! Start by reminding yourself how remarkable you are in moments of self-doubt, in tough situations, or when presenting to others. Find a way to self-promote in a way that stretches a little - maybe in a written update to your leader, you add the accomplishments of the past week. ➕What's one feedback you received from a participant that will stay with you forever? A participant told me that the safe space for reflection, depth of discussion, and insights uncovered gave her a new perspective on herself and what she might achieve when focusing on accomplishments instead of on self-doubt.
