@ironveicleo @Aurelius_Health I started out on 2.5 mg of the Zepbound. It didn't do much, but it did begin to silence the "food noise". After the first month, they raised it to 5 mg. Big difference.

i've been experimenting with low dose Zepbound and honestly the biggest benefit wasn't weight loss, it was the reduction in food noise and impulsive cravings. the effect was subtle but noticeable. that's actually what got me interested in the @Aurelius_Health approach to GLP1 microdosing

Has anyone ever taken ZepBound, Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.? What has been your experience?

@omgsidewalks When I was a kid McDonald's, Burger King, Chick-fil-A, etc. were seen as a luxury to us kids. Our mothers normally cooked dinner for us, even if it was just Hamburger Helper. If you had your b'day party at McDonald's, you were the "man/woman". LOL!
