@EGLOunited I bought the brand 98539 Eglo Gromolad ceiling light. During unpacking the light slipped from an inch, the glass cover above the LED panel cracked! This is an expensive item. Can you send a replacement? The Hungarian CS denied the existence of this spare part. Thanks!

@wizzair do you provide customer service by twitter or email? we booked return trip xxxx. We purchased Wizz Family Plus, but the free XL seats were grayed out and couldn't be selected. This was one the reasons to go with Wizz Family Plus. Please advise.
