My most strongly held inconsequential opinion is that "former and latter" (eg - we could do A or B - let's do the latter) doesn't make any sense! They both mean last!? How am I supposed to remember which one of them is cosplaying at meaning "first" in this one and only context!?

Sometimes we can get swept up in the hugeness of environmental problems, but it’s always good to remember that we can all still play our little part to reduce waste. It might just be one disposable cup, but it’s still one disposable cup. One less cup that’s had to be manufactured, shipped, and used just once before being destined for landfill somewhere down the line. Plus, it reminds people around you that reusables are a thing, and it might just encourage them/remind them to bring one next time!
