Despite raising this issue multiple times with your area manager and other senior officials at Reliance Jio, no one has shown any real interest in resolving it. Most of the time, the response is: “We’re currently in a Zoom meeting” but there is never any follow-up or actual solution. This kind of casual and dismissive attitude towards customer complaints is deeply disappointing. Is this the level of accountability customers should expect? If this continues, more users will be forced to switch to alternatives like Bharti Airtel, where at least concerns are taken seriously. @reliancejio @JioCare 2/2

This video isn’t from my town, but the situation is exactly the same here. Around 2 years ago, @reliancejio offered excellent service, but now the quality has deteriorated so badly that many people have ported their numbers to Bharti Airtel. Ironically, even Jio technicians are saying: “Jio won’t work port your number to Airtel.” Both mobile and fiber services have become highly unreliable. Customers are lured with promotional SMS offers, only for the company to later deny them, calling it a “mistake. I left for bombay at 6.30 am like the hard working professional that I am & stopped the car at 7 am to make this reel as I’ve long realised that silence is not a virtue & one must speak up when they are disrespected. Yes if wrong things happen at any workplace that are against basic human rights, me & all of us should speak up. I don’t care about the personal trolling, I’m used to it last 5 years since shark tank but the purpose of this reel is to request all the proud Indians in this country to start speaking up when they see something wrong, out of humanity, out of patriotism.
