@jestb99 @InsideWisconsin Coaching? The last man back for the Badgers decided to crash for a rebound. It’s taught in middle school; the last man back goes back to play defense. That’s not on Gard. That’s a college senior making a bad decision in the heat of the moment. And it cost them the game.

Gard has said rim protection being needed is overblown. Well every tournament you get destroyed at the rim. Either you are doing an awful job of coaching defense or rim protection is more important than you think. #Badgers

@InsideWisconsin This is the same thing we said about Paul Chryst and now our team is hoping to scrape up 5 wins or a bowl game. I’d much rather be upset about losing early in the postseason every year rather than not being in the postseason every year

Yeah cant do this every March doesn’t matter the team, the style, the opponent, anything. Same story in March under Gard. Make the change idc.

@InsideWisconsin Happens to almost every team. We had our generational run a decade ago. Wisconsin makes it to a national championship game. Most programs struggle in March. Mid majors with something to prove sometimes turn into buzz saws. It’s just life.

@InsideWisconsin It’s the ride, not the destination. It’s March. High Point hit five ridiculous threes. A player who didn’t score a two-point bucket all year scored a game-winning two-point basket for High Point. This is how it is and why we love it. Thankful I got to watch this team, it was fun.
