@InsightVacation @mokumburger I am scheduled for a tour shortly and Insight changed the itinerary and took out a highlight of the trip for me w/o notifying us. I figured it out when they emailed the documents. They have not responded to my online submissions and have not called back when promised as to WHY.

@InsightVacation I'm a resident of this city overrun by tourists. Buses are not allowed on that road, there are clear signs. They are parking in the bicycle lane and on the sidewalk. You are not allowed nor wanted in this area.

@InsightVacation I am very disappointed in lack of communication after I paid for a car from the airport that did not arrive. I have the receipt from Insight. This happened in June and I have yet to be refunded.
