hi from me 4 years ago… The “corned beef” dogwhistles started from NTF ELCAC and right wing edgelords, echoed by the most disgusting human beings like “l*berals” na feeling progressive pero redtagger at anti-worker
Ka Muning 🌹🇵🇸🇺🇦@ensaymeowda

@earlchestr yung post ni kol/sen/er/tit* na galing sa right wing dogwhistle equating the inhumane acts done to Chad Booc as a “joke” abt the AFP turning leftists to ‘corned beef’ nagmula ‘to sa mga pa-edgelord posts ng rightoids na in-echo lang din ng mga “liberal” na trolls

Not all province in the country have their capitals as the largest settlements in their respective provinces. In some instances, cities and historical settlements have larger populations than capitals. Ease of access to services is also a factor for more residents.

As much as gusto nating may class consciousness at mas malalim ang analysis ng UP grads with regards to socio-economic situation in this country, you’d be surprised how much of our grads are oblivious to this, if not totally antagonistic towards the plight of the working class.

“get a job that helps the country” while farmers, psychologists, researchers, scientists, conservation experts, etc. are all severely underpaid. did you speak for them?? hindi kasi napakakitid ng pananaw mo sa sitwasyon natin ngayon na para bang hindi ka nag-aral sa UP

I decided to postpone the release the education x electoral data interactive after some introspection. I've been given an opportunity to collaborate to turn this into an academic paper. I think that would be the best way to release something as valuable as this. Kitakits!

that’s not what she’s implying at all. she’s saying we need to assign “economic value” to natural resources like clean air, water and soil and include them on corporate and financial balance sheets. the goal is to stop businesses and economies from treating these essentials as completely free, unlimited and invisible. so that the real costs of depleting or polluting them become visible and influence decisions, rather than being ignored until systems collapse.
Samantha Smith@SamanthaTaghoy

“Water, soil, and oxygen should not be infinitely accessible. They are assets that should be included in global economic balance sheets.” This is not satire. The World Economic Forum wants to monetise breathing.

Many people have asked the question, does the educational attainment data have a relationship with election results? Masasagot natin iyan sa Miyerkules. 📈📉 Kitakits at maraming salamat!

One sad observation from this map: indigenous ancestral domains always cluster at the lowest education outcomes (no high school to high school only). Our Indigenous Peoples remain among the most educationally underserved in the country. Excellent map by @bnstim as always.

The deepest rurals however face a deep crisis of access to educational institutions. The map of Panay shows areas which higher education attainment brgys are along key road networks, while those left behind tent to be up in the mountains.

Interesting how geography somehow largely determines eduk attainment and really highlights the accessibility issue esp sa mga nasa mountainous areas/sparsely populated towns Kudos to @bnstim for his second demog deep dive! Napalabas mo na ito finally from the cellar HAHAHAHA

You can access the map through tinyurl.com/bnstim-rph-eduk where you can access a mobile and desktop version of the map. (using a desktop is preferred!) The map takes time to load as data from over 42k barangays is included. A guide to using the maps is also on the site.
