How was your 2025? This is insane to look at and see the difference in just one year. I’ve been in the gym for a while but it took until the spring for stuff to finally start to click, but still I only want more! Can’t wait to grow bigger and more beastly 💪2026 Lets GROW!💪

Decided to take a drive in the first “summer” storm of the year and grabbed dinner. Now to head home and start meal prepping for the last few days of this bulk. Still need to figure out a plan for the meal portions for the cut.

Pull Arm Day: Still trying to get my biceps to put on some size like my triceps. Weight PRs on Preachers, Crucifix, Uprights, and Cable Shrugs. Reps for the others. Tired of being small, need to grow! 💪

5’7.5 203 lbs Avg Fasted I’d say lean growth phase went well. Been at maintenance cals for the past couple weeks. Time to peel some adipose off and get beach/summer ready.

@DigitalFringed1 Hell yeah I do! They are saying May/June as of right now. Sadly it’s not a bodybuilding or powerlifting gym, but it will at least have more stuff than here; like an actual leg press machine or more than one set of cables

@DigitalFringed1 I’ve had mine for around a year and half. My sleep study showed I stoped breathing about 25x /hr with 1:5 of those my brain wasnt telling myself to breathe. Even when I lost 50lbs last year, I tried not using it for a couple nights and the apnea came back. I might be an outlier

CPAPs are popping up all over my TL lately. If you didn't need one before bulking, but now you do, does that signal you've pushed too far? Is there a real health cost? I started snoring hard at my peak bulk in January, it stopped now since the cut, but I have zero interest in a machine. Thoughts?

Push Arm Day for FlexFriday. Working to grow some mass on my arms and some nice horseshoes. Weight PRs on Cable Pushdowns, Overhead Presses, and Incline Bench. Reps with Close-grips. I need so much more size 💪 Need to GROW!
