Who has possession of a body? Wishes can be expressed in a Will, for burial or cremation. Executors can follow what they know were latest wishes, even if not in an updated Will, JCx

Fun fact! If you’re a witness to a Will, you can’t benefit under that Will. And neither can your spouse! JCx
