Reality check on the Muslim outdoor prayer thing . . .
This is Salah, a vile and deliberately provocative abuse of non Muslims and a threatening, challenging act of domination, forcing others to endure Islamci worship and have their pathway, their 'space' imposed on by Islam. A test of the resolve of non Muslims to tolerate the imposition of Islam n their lands. It is called Salah and constitutes one fo the five pillars of Islam, which includes Jihad, war, the execution, or convertion of non beleivers.
They are taught the whole, the entire world is their Mosque, their place, it is theirs by right and hence their territory and others (you and me) are trespassing on it and Salah is a tool to demonstrate their right of place and dominance, to normalise imposition of Islam.
Salah one of the five pillars, used to demonstrate Islamic dominance which why you will often find this happen outside cathedrals churches, and even trespassing into the grounds of them, on slip roads, parks, blocking thoroughfares, in places designed to cause non believers to alter their path.
