kurt from the endzone view it looks like the niners played it how the eagles wanted with a single hole player in cover 4 and dallas bending the streak in behind , if Jalen’s eyes looks left for a splt second just to hold the lb and snaps back to dallas the window would have been there, thoughts?

I felt they had someone open on every single play except last one!! “All Go” on final play is something so many teams run from that position on field (so let’s not just hate on Eagles), BUT hate it expecting off cover on outside! Seams inside with a STOP on 1 side to get 1st or with an IN on other side to replace a carry on seam, something to get u first down besides a throw down the field!

its not late for the type of throw he throw but at the top of the route the db is over the top of Aj in with the whole sideline to work with wrs have reads too and that would typically indicate a back shoulder ball if its coming i could be making a excuse but he could be anticipating that and it should be a back shoulder ball

Here is AJ Brown, the Eagles star WR and team captain, who has made his frustration with not getting the ball VERY clear, giving up on a vertical route with no safety help over the top. But hey, it probably takes less effort to whine on Twitch than it does to run a route

After watching back the passing game on film, it was incredible how many times the Eagles had all the receivers run a hitch against press man. The one time they ran Mesh, Dotson and Goedert ran each other over. A glaring lack of rub routes, whip routes, and crossers vs. the Lions who play near league-high rates of Man coverage

this discourse is so overblown and it happens with every team wrs and qbs talk to the coaches about what they are seeing what plays they like did you have him beat on another look etc. OC waits for the right down and distance, situation etc if anything patullo should get credit for trusting his players because some coordinators are too stubborn with their game plan to listen
