We need an electoral college at the state level or something. 1 vote per county, and 2 or 3 for the counties with the population centers or something. The fact that this passed looking at this map is ridiculous.

I like that the whole Make DC Square again is not only something Trump cannot do but would also not turn Virginia into a red state. Not only would Harris still have won it, *Obama* still would’ve won it in 2012. The VAGOP’s problems extend far beyond Arlington and Alexandria

Gerrymandering is undemocratic and evil.
And it's essential the party that has repeatedly tried to ban it keeps doing it until the party that historically abused it gets curb stomped so badly they cry uncle and agree to the ban.
These are not contradictory positions to hold.

A silver lining in the referendum loss. Virginia Beach said No! This is a direct response to the kicka$$ new leadership we have. Great job Republican Party of Virginia Beach and our new chairman. We carried the water in a city Harris won in 2024 by 6k votes and Spanberger won in 2025 by 19k votes. The Virginia Beach volunteers do a great job. Thank you for your tireless efforts.
