I am 10 days away from two full years.
I am very, very proud of that. I am so grateful to God for gifting me with the kind of resilience and inner strength that allows me to keep going in the face of some pretty crazy stuff.
I am a very modest woman, but I’m also an absolute effing bad ass.
There are not a lot of people who can walk this walk the way that I do.
Do I do it perfectly? Of course not. I am a very fallible human being and I make a lot of stupid mistakes.
Honestly, this streak is kind of a stupid mistake. I just got obsessed with it. I have pushed through many, many days when I shouldn’t have, but I was just unwilling to let it go.
I would argue that the emotional satisfaction is worth the physical stress, even when I’ve pushed too hard.
Chronic pain will eat your soul if you allow it to.
I think it is very, very cool that my Hallow app and my Fitbit app match.
My faith is what keeps me going. 🩷✝️💪
