The UK claims to lead on animal welfare, yet millions of animals remain trapped in cruel conditions. Today, I & 36 MPs and Peers urged @DefraGovUK to include a clear time-bound plan to end all confinement cages and crates in the upcoming Animal Welfare Strategy.
