People talk about billion dollar tokens all the time when the hype and excitement builds (I don't think there's even that much hype here yet either). However, this is different. You're talking about a multi-billion corporation that is the biggest in a huge industry that was MADE for crypto. This isn't just going to be Pornhub as a token, this looks like everything it was rumoured to be which means it's the AYLO token. AYLO is the parent company of PornHub, Reality Kings, Brazzers, Mofos and a ton of other huge names.
Right now, there's only ~5000 holders which is nothing at this kind of marketcap. You may end up getting a better entry, or people may discover and understand what this means and why it's so big, and it has an up-only kind of trajectory until it finds it's level.
Really thinking about this for a moment, before you even look at the multiple usecases there can be for a token and all round web3 ecosystem for the adult industry, lets first talk about the numbers: 140 million people visit their websites EVERY DAY. Over 400million people monthly. I heard somewhere that they did a survey and only around 15% of people said that they had ever bought crypto. If only 1% of their daily website visitors bought this token, that would put them at a higher holder count than $PEPE ($10B ATH). If only 1% of their monthly website vistors bought, that would put them at half the amount of holders as $DOGE ($85B Marketcap). Factor this in with almost certainly better supply control, a world recognised brand and some really obvious usecases for the token and ecosystem, and you have a recipe for a top 10/20 token in my opinion. I cannot see a world in which this doesn't become at least one of the top 5 memes in the world. This will be one of the last big mass onboarding events for normies into the crypto space.
Aside from the numbers, the usecases for the token are also extremely bullish. My research indicates that the adult industry are charged anywhere from 18-25% transaction fees because of the nature of the business they are. This is completely predatory from the payment providers and something that gives crypto such an obvious advantage. If LOOK is the main subscription token for the platform, not only does it give people the option of hiding their subscription from their wives on their bank statements, but it also gives AYLO the chance to offer discounted prices for using the token, whilst still being well under the fees that they're used to paying. You offer someone a cheaper option, they're much more likely to take it and therefore give them a reason to purchase LOOK. I believe they will change the game entirely when it comes to building an entire payment gateway system all powered by the LOOK eco.
Age verification is another huge sticking point right now, especially in the UK&US who already require it to access adult content. There are several huge teams working on Zero Knowledge verification models and the team that wins this race, won’t necessarily have the best tech, it’ll be the team that lands the deals with the platforms that are using it. If you essentially have a monopoly on these platforms, who do you think is going to win that race? This entire thing can be built on web3 rails and again, LOOK can be the powerhouse behind it.
There is so much potential for other utility to be built into the eco and i believe the above barely even stratches the surface. The world is really focussed on AI & Robotics right now. Like everything, all new tech innovations almost always find themselves into the adult industry. The company that owns all the major sites will win nearly every single race for adoption, and that’s why I’ve gone all in on $LOOK.
Don't look at something at $90m mcap and think that you're too late. Something like this, you're still one of the very earliest adopters of something that should be absolutely enormous.
