I kept this private for a number of reasons, mainly the uncertainty, but on January 2nd I found myself in the ER with a serious medical issue. Sessions, travel, bodybuilding preparations, and even driving came to a halt while I searched for answers. After nearly four months of testing and being bounced around the medical system, as of Friday, I’m officially cleared and 200% healthy. I’m not gonna get into the specifics of what transpired but I am excited to return to normalcy and opening sesh books again soon!
