Geez, dude, on a lot of small Montana rivers, boats don’t belong everywhere. Too much pressure wrecks the fishing, tears up spawning beds, and turns a quiet stretch of water into a floating parking lot. Fly-fishing should include a small river & ought to feel almost sacred: cold water, clean air, trout rising, and a little silence left in the world. Then somebody like shows up dragging politics into it like a dead carp on a stringer. 🚔 FUENTES PEPPER SPRAY/BATTERY DOUBLE STANDARD EXPOSED! Let’s put this in perspective for everyone saying Nick Fuentes was justified in what he did to this woman. - He immediately pepper-sprayed a woman in the face as she approached his door non-aggressively, just knocking and filming, with no threats or resistance. - He shoved her so she fell and broke her phone, yelled an expletive, grabbed her phone, and slammed the door. Now imagine the exact same sequence, but it is a police officer on duty, in uniform, on the street dealing with a woman acting in the exact same manner. This would be excessive force because: - Under the Graham v. Connor standard, force must be objectively reasonable based on the severity of any crime (none here), immediate threat to safety (none), and active resistance or flight (none). - Pepper spray and a physical shove are not justified as an immediate response to a passive, non-threatening encounter. - Departments’ own policies require de-escalation and verbal commands first in low-threat situations like this. Realistic consequences for that officer would include: - Immediate removal from duty and paid administrative leave - Internal Affairs / Professional Standards investigation - Near-certain termination for policy violations (excessive force, failure to de-escalate, conduct unbecoming) - Possible misdemeanor criminal charges such as assault or battery - A civil lawsuit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for excessive force, almost always resulting in a settlement (often tens or hundreds of thousands paid by the city/taxpayers) - Risk of decertification by the state POST board, making it extremely difficult or impossible to work in law enforcement again The public outcry would be extreme: - The bodycam plus civilian video would go massively viral within hours - Nationwide media coverage, public outrage, protests at the department - Demands for the officer’s immediate firing and intense scrutiny of the entire agency The same people justifying this for Nick Fuentes would never justify or accept the exact same actions from a police officer. Bottom line: If it’s not okay for the police, it’s not okay for Nick Fuentes either.

I am introducing a Constitutional Amendment to end Birthright Citizenship. Under current interpretations of American law, anyone born on American soil automatically becomes a U.S. citizen, regardless of whether the parent was here legally or not.  This is wrong and not at all the intent of those who wrote the 14th Amendment.  We are a country filled with immigrants, and legal immigration is valuable and should be protected. But we are also a country whose borders have been too open and our generosity exploited too often. President Trump has moved to seal our border from illegal immigrants more than any other president.   But we will have more to do. We need to make sure that only children born to legal residents of the U.S. are automatically citizens. I have supported protecting birthright citizenship from abuse since the beginning of my tenure in the Senate, when I cosponsored the Birthright Citizenship Act of 2011, and now I am proposing an amendment to protect United States citizenship in case the Supreme Court fails to address this issue correctly.

This morning at 6:20AM, I walked through the Davis High School campus in search of flyers for another student walk-out scheduled for this Friday, May Day. Surprisingly, given it was 2 hours before the first bell, I ran into a SJW teacher promoting the trans agenda. After being served with a Restraining Order for questioning the political “Progress Pride” flag in my son’s chemistry class back in 2023, I was incredibly fortunate to retain @HarmeetKDhillon (Dhillon Law Group) as my attorneys. The district withdrew the bogus RO soon afterward. Now I know my rights to record public officials in public spaces.

🚨HUGE UPDATE: Turns out that Chris, Paige and Deyanna Ostroushko will ALL be facing federal charges for assaulting me. It was initially reported that only 2 of the 3 would be facing charges, however, Acting AG Todd Blanche, has just announced that ALL THREE were indicted and will be facing charges. Thank you to the DOJ and FBI for doing everything they can to ensure that justice is fully served in this case. I am incredibly grateful to see our justice system at work.
