Illinois expanded vote-by-mail because we believe voting should be easier, not harder.
Now, Trump’s handpicked Postmaster General is threatening to withhold mail ballots unless states turn over voter rolls.

Trump just refused to sign the most comprehensive housing bill Congress has passed in decades to chase a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. Both Republicans and Democrats overwhelmingly supported this bill.
Research shows that voter fraud is extremely rare. We don't need stricter ID requirements that make it harder to vote. We need affordable housing!

Absolutely ridiculous. We were minutes away from signing into law a bill that would lower housing costs for struggling Americans, then President Trump threw a tantrum and didn't even show up.
