I feel ya! I dosed too much a couple weeks back and thought oh shit I’m gonna have to go the ER. Wife couldn’t take anymore and I had to use a combo of ice and hot showers to make it go away temporarily. Threw it in the trash a couple days later when life was back to normal. Shit is too powerful and the edge is too thin.

Ground beef (90/10) rice and a little beans with the best sauce - seriously this stuff would make a shoe palatable- for breakfast. Been switching weekly between white rice and potatoes with my beef / chicken to see which makes my body feel best.

@JasonXinTX Yep. I titrated up from 1mg to 4mg over 6 weeks. Had to set alarms to remember to eat.

This Reta is so strong I can barely get down 1200 calories and 160g of protein a day. And I’m only on 4mg! I’m gonna have to get a feeding tube at this rate.

Started using MacroFactor - moving from MFP - and love it. Their workout app isn’t great ( as an app dev I prefer FitBod) but the macro tracking is great. For me it’s not even about making sure I don’t eat too much it’s about ensuring I actually eat enough.

@BjjJoshD About 2 years off and on but I genuinely never felt it like this in terms of appetite suppression from other suppliers. I’m 23%bf so definitely not in the healthy weight category. Not complaining either I love that the stuff I’m using now works so well just gotta adjust.

@enhancedguides Oh for sure 1200 isn’t my goal. Maintenance for me is 2200 calories. 1200 is gonna wreck me. I’m pretty good at hitting my protein goal but definitely need more carbs.

@JasonXinTX 160g protein at 1200 calories is actually solid discipline — most people at that appetite suppression level drop protein first. The harder problem is sustainability. 1200 calories long term on a triple agonist without muscle support is where the damage happens.
