@uncledoomer I think timber frame is great. Some people may not like the look though. ICF is really good option to have too. It gives a more modern looking house with high wind resistance.

Hours into his presidency in 2025 Trump pardoned and commuted nearly all of the J6’ers. Yesterday, the DOJ moved to VACATE the convictions of Ethan Nordean, who was sentenced to 18 years. Here’s Ethan delivering one of the greatest FAFO moments of all time in Portland during the “summer of love.” Long overdue for this patriot. 🇺🇸

Flat tax. Whether you make $1000 or $100 million. A fixed percentage for everybody. And that’s it. A one-page tax form. No bullshit. Everybody pays a reasonable and equitable amount. Everyone - from the wealthiest to the poorest - have skin in the game.

@IngrahamAngle @SecMullinDHS It’s not that hard. Punish companies that hire illegals. Make it sending money out of the taxes at 95%. Make it illegal for banks to give accounts to illegals. They can solve it they just done want to.

“$18K PER DEPORTATION” @SecMullinDHS: “It costs about $18,225 per person to deport.” “Multiply that by MILLIONS—it’s staggering.” “Why so high? Asylum claims, attorneys, clogged courts.” “That’s the system we’re dealing with.”

@CalebHoff165039 @VinceDelphi @americashawk @ericmmatheny exactly. either way. Right now, we have a sales tax and an income tax and many other taxes. There are also a bunch of embedded taxes in everything we buy. So, I don't see why anyone would advocate for more taxes, than a one-time point of sale tax.

There is more nuance than the Fairtaix being just being a sales/consumption tax. The is a book the goes into all the details. Your example is a small portion of the whole pie. With the Fairtax you get 100% of your paycheck and it gets rid of the IRS. So right off the bat everyone has more disposable income. The Fairtax gives you the option to not pay any taxes. Don't buy anything new, you don't pay taxes. There current tax system is a regressive system in that the more you earn the more you are tax, which literally places the burden on the work. The Fairtax more evenly distributes the tax liabilities to everyone. Even those that don't participate in legitimate avenues of generating money, they will pay taxes with the Fairtax. Also, people visiting from other countries will pay taxes and be contributing to SS, Medicare, etc. The Fairtax also has a prebate that covers any sales taxes paid up to poverty level. Therefore, the poor aren't paying any taxes on basic necessities. If implemented all the embedded taxes are removed and prices stay the same. Currently, there are almost 50% of the population that don't pay taxes and actually get money back. the current tax system doesn't just tax you at income, it taxes you at the register, when you die, at the DMV and so on. The fairtax only does it once at the register and only for new items. The fairtax taxes consumption. Rich people buy more things therefore they would pay more taxes. This isn't a rich vs poor or right vs left issue. It is literally the most researched tax plan. The reason politicians don't want it is because it takes power away from them. We would generate more wealth and become more competitive on the world stage. I'm sure I missed a few things but @FairTaxOfficial I'm sure would love to chat more about it too.

@Jason_M_Lopez @americashawk @ericmmatheny Sales taxes in lieu of income tax places the tax burdon squarely on the worker. Millionaire- 10% or less of their income is living expense Dishwasher- 90% of their income is living expense. Why tax the worker on 90% and the rich at 10%? Clear now why the rich want a sales tax??

@FairTaxOfficial has no IRS and no filing. You only pay taxes on what you buy, and it is only new things. This also takes care of people who don't make money on the books and people who on make income in the US and only come to visit. It is the most researched tax policy and most equitable.
