@bloodyeek @MotoGPJules I don’t really get it because the whole sprint race format at every event was just copied from World SBK, yet there the sprint results are noted as victory and podium stats - so why not in MotoGP, they’re owned by the same company.

@Ryanm13988 There’s a lot more to it than going in “circles”, you should watch a race, it’s actually incredibly entertaining and interesting. Despite deceiving appearances, I’d say NASCAR’s far superior in terms of racing and strategy than F1 is.

There is a pretty amusing irony in them talking about the roar of the crowd whilst there is very visibly nobody there though

Oh he has a helmet sponsor. The issue is that his helmet sponsor doesn’t have a homologated helmet for him and he’s using an unbranded one from someone else! Expect to see the same in GP for a few world champions!

@lonmgp @denkmit Same reason why Max Verstappen stopped using Arai and swapped to Schuberth in Formula 1, but why Tsunoda could keep using Arai. Small and Medium Arai’s passed homologation, large and XL hadn’t.

Have seen people say that Ducati replacing Bagnaia with a guy who hasn’t even won a MotoGP race yet (Acosta) is a downgrade. How many races did Pecco win before he was signed to the factory team in 2021?

It was an unfortunate end for the #32 BMW M4 GT3 EVO trio, after going from a lap down to leading the race in the final hour, contact from the #75 Mercedes on the safety car restart took KVDL out of the lead and out of podium contention. #32 took P12🏁 #WRT #IGTC #B12Hr
