I voted for Trump in 2016 and 2020. I was MAGA in 2015 and voted for him in the Primary. You are allowed to change your mind as new information is presented. Trump is a conman.

@livingonlove "Programme" does not mean requirement. It means they can have it administered if they choose to. So I guess you and I are in agreement? Certainly we both agree there is too much divisive combativeness where it is completely unnecessary and even misguided.

Doctors are smart enough to know that there's a vaccine that they can take. If they're "excluded" it means that they have their own reasons against being included. Are there studies on the second cause effects of trying to force a medical procedure unto people? I've seen nothing but division, hate, distrust, and none of that can be healthy. Most doctors who don't want to take a vaccine will just quit if they're forced to. That can't be good. It may feel good to have an ideological victory, but I'm certain the resulting costs are negative even if you'd be preventing what you believe you are preventing by that. People on one say will say that's terrible, how can the patients be put at risk. The people on the other side will say that's terrible, how can they have the arrogance to tell us what to do with our own body. But the results are the same man. We will hate each other over this. We will no longer trust us and we've got bigger fish to fry than ourselves. I'm not from the USA btw, I'm from Europe. You guys ought to find reasonable compromises. The enemy is within but you ought to make peace or at least negotiate a seize-fire; it won't end good for any of you if you keep pushing this view, that's all I'm saying.

CNN basically confirmed what we already suspected, Rep.-elect Adelita Grijalva can’t even access the Capitol grounds because Speaker Johnson is still refusing to swear her in. That’s not just petty politics, it’s institutional obstruction. A duly elected member of Congress is being locked out of her own workplace while the government is shut down and Trump allies run interference.

Raskin: I asked for recognition because I wanted to use unanimous consent motion that the speaker of the house be directed to swear in Adelita Grijalva. And yet he turned away, he pretended he didn't notice me. And he scurried out of the room. We need to act on this. Her hundreds of thousands of constituents deserve to be represented in congress. She is not able to do constituent work for her constituents.
