This school was on the way to camp and Remi was so happy she could come. She has a kind heart and wanted to be apart of giving to others that are in need. It’s about the impact we make while we are here. #SMRA #community #helpinghand @RonSmitty15

@MorencyCraig My mom is a breast cancer/colon cancer and now 2x skin cancer survivor. I was there for all her treatments. It’s not easy. But staying positive and allowing yourself to slow down when you need to is key. I will be watching for your updates and keeping you in our prayers.

@Magenta_Jen Thank you! Got diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in May. Had surgery in May to remove the tumor & a big section of colon, started a 6 month chemo regimen in early June. prognosis is good at this point and we do expect a full recovery at the end of this treatment (God willing!)

Chemo Round 3. After this week, I’ll be 25% of the way through the treatment plan. Another step closer to getting my life back. #CancerSucks

Thank you @AAACares for reaching out today after my parents horrible day yesterday. They finally got their car towed to the dealership, and got a loaner before they closed.
English

My parents only car is acting up. Dealer said tow it in, not safe to drive. It’s been 2 hours waiting on @AAA_Travel . I’m grateful my diabetic 76yr old father wasn’t sitting on the side of the road waiting. Because he would have ended up in a medical situation, still waiting.

@Magenta_Jen We are very sorry to hear this! Could you please DM your 16 digit membership number and contact info? Thanks!

@Bubblebathgirl @CollinRugg I worked in retail for over 20 yrs. The rule has always been in every retail company I’ve worked for, give the thieves what they want and let them leave. The lives of our employees and customers are more important than any product or cash in our stores. We can replace items.
English

@CollinRugg First Walmart now Starbucks?
What’s going on with these companies firing their heroes who risk their own welfare to help strangers.
This really is messed up.
20-year-old Michael Harrison should’ve been given a reward.
Instead he got canned.
Welcome to Biden’s America.

NEW: Starbucks *fires* heroic barista who subdued and protected a co-worker from robbers after getting pistol-whipped in the head.
I can't emphasis this enough: Starbucks is trash.
20-year old Michael Harrison, who was working through paramedic school, was fired after he fought off two criminals who tried robbing the store.
The incident happened at a downtown Starbucks in St. Louis.
The men rushed into the store with guns and told everyone to get on the floor. Harrison was instructed to open the cash register which he couldn't because he didn't have credentials.
As the men went through Harrison's pockets, he was pistol-whipped in the head.
A co-worker believed the gun was fake so he started fighting off the robbers. Harrison jumped into action to help him.
Harrison was able to subdue Joshua Noe who was later arrested. The police officers thanked Harrison and his co-worker for their bravery.
The other assailant, Marquise Porter-Doyle, was arrested nearby.
Harrison was praised by local media but Starbucks was not thankful for his actions.
They were then placed on paid leave for two weeks. After the two weeks was up, Harrison and his co-worker were fired for "violating company policy."
"In situations like this, our training and protocols guide our partners to comply and de-escalate, not just for their safety but for the safety of all in the store," Starbucks said.
"That job was helping me pay for college," Harrison said. "I just don’t understand it. I thought it was the right thing to do."
This man should have gotten a raise. Instead, he was fired.
Insane.

Can someone buy The Christmas Tree shops today. I need my amazing paper plates and inexpensive housewares. In a world of overpriced merch I need CTS. #savethechristmastreeshops #saveCTS

@SKPR_Dickrichie We used to use our remaining dining snack credits to get these for the plane ride.
English

@SKPR_Dickrichie I thought the concept was amazing. I would have loved to go but they priced it so high it was outside most people’s budget. I think you keep the hotel open as a themed hotel. Add a pool. And do special event weekends.

My daughter Renee Lemoine is going to be cheering for the Nichols College Cheer team next year. They came in 3rd at Nationals this year and are raising money to go back in 2024! Please help her hit her personal goal of $500. buynowcc.com/college
