Assisted Dying or Economic Strategy? The Hidden Costs of Aging Societies Otto von Bismarck, the Prussian statesman and diplomat, played a pivotal role in unifying #Germany and establishing the world’s first social insurance programs, including a government-backed pension system in the 1880s. When Bismarck introduced pensions in 1889, the retirement age was set at 70 years (later reduced to 65). At the time, the average life expectancy was far below the retirement age, meaning relatively few workers lived long enough to claim their benefits. Even those who did often received payouts for only a few years. In the late 19th century, life expectancy at birth in industrialized countries like Germany was approximately 40–50 years. As a result, early pension systems, including Bismarck's, were financially sustainable due to the limited number of beneficiaries. However, the concept of pensions soon expanded beyond government programs. For example, in 1875, the American Express Company launched one of the first private pension plans for its employees. By the early 20th century, industrial corporations—particularly in sectors like railroads, manufacturing, and finance—began offering pensions as a way to attract and retain skilled workers. By the 1920s and 1930s, private pension systems became more formalized, with major companies like General Motors and AT&T creating large-scale retirement schemes. As life expectancy continued to increase—reaching 75 to 85 years in developed countries by the 2000s—pensions evolved to account for longer payouts. In many nations, retirement ages were gradually raised to mitigate the financial strain on pension funds, with some governments setting the retirement age at 67 or even 70. These adjustments were driven by medical advancements (which allowed people to live 15–20 years or more after retirement) and declining birth rates, which reduced the number of workers contributing to pension systems. ssa.gov/benefits/retir… theglobeandmail.com/investing/pers… Pensions, however, have never been purely altruistic. They emerged as mechanisms driven by profit for both businesses and governments. As life expectancy increased, governments and corporations faced mounting financial challenges. To reduce costs, policies such as increasing the retirement age were introduced. Public narratives encouraging delayed retirement often emerged, seemingly aimed at safeguarding the financial health of pension funds rather than prioritizing individual well-being. nerdwallet.com/article/invest… In more recent years, concerns have surfaced about darker possibilities, particularly regarding assisted dying programs like Canada’s Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID) or similar #AssistedDyingBill initiatives in the UK. While these programs are often framed as compassionate options for terminally ill individuals, critics argue they could be exploited as cost-saving measures, especially in systems strained by aging populations. Questions have arisen about whether these policies might one day be driven more by economic considerations than ethical ones. This speculation leads to unsettling questions. In a world increasingly governed by profit, could governments view assisted dying as an opportunity to reduce healthcare and pension costs? Furthermore, could the booming organ donation industry influence such policies? With precise knowledge of individuals' time of death, governments or other entities might be tempted to monetize organs, exploiting human life even in its final moments. While this may sound dystopian, history warns us that the commodification of human lives is not a far-fetched idea. ctvnews.ca/health/canada-… lop.parl.ca/sites/PublicWe… havocscope.com/black-market-p… Adding to this are concerns about the medicalization of gender transition in increasingly younger populations. Some critics argue this could be profit-driven, as individuals undergoing medical gender transitions may require lifelong medications. If they later regret these decisions, additional treatments will further entrench their dependency on medical systems. In extreme cases, #MentalHealth struggles arising from such experiences might push some individuals toward assisted dying programs, fuelling potential profits for governments and corporations alike. Such scenarios raise fears of a system that manipulates vulnerable individuals while masking exploitation under the guise of "choice." youtube.com/watch?v=tk7NX7… Ultimately, the question remains: are these policies truly acts of compassion, or are we being reduced to mere commodities in a system driven by profit and power? If so, are we at risk of becoming pawns for #governmentalghouls seeking to exploit us, even in death? #AssistedSuicide #business #canada @genspect #Ireland #MentalHealthMatters #pensioners #pubertyblockers #trans #UnitedKingdom

COMPLETE BULLSHIT. “Fasting” children should either be homeschooled or found a class room they can “fast” in while other children have lunch in the LUNCH ROOM. Why is a fasting child in the lunch room in any event.

🚨BREAKING: Cineplex Refuses to Screen The Shot: Sean Hartman’s Story Anywhere in Canada🚨 After weeks of conversations, booking quotes, and attempts to secure private screenings, we have been informed that Cineplex will not allow screenings of our documentary The Shot: Sean Hartman’s Story in any of their theatres across Canada. According to a Cineplex representative, the company is “not willing to be involved in your screenings at any locations” and stated that “the possible subject matter has not been approved.” What makes this decision even more concerning is that Cineplex did not request to see the film before rejecting it, nor did they ask for a screener to evaluate its contents. This decision is particularly troubling given that the documentary is evidence-based, drawing from publicly available sources including CDC data, FDA documentation, peer-reviewed medical research, and governmental records, alongside interviews with medical experts and individuals directly involved in the story. At its core, The Shot: Sean Hartman’s Story is a true story about a father’s fight for answers after the death of his 17-year-old son. Yet Cineplex, Canada’s largest theatre chain, has decided that Canadian audiences should not see it in their theatres. This comes at a time when the same theatre chain regularly screens major studio productions, including Disney films that openly promote DEI-driven messaging aimed at young audiences, while refusing to host a documentary about a grieving father seeking answers. Cineplex has made it clear: this story will not be shown in their theatres. The good news is that independent venues across Canada are stepping up, and the tour continues to grow. If Cineplex won’t show the film, communities across Canada will. Find upcoming screenings or request one in your city at: SupportSean.ca @Answers4Sean @RaineyMedia

When Canada's Minister of Health refuses to say that injecting fentanyl is unsafe, we have a fundamental problem in this country. We used to tell our kids that drugs are dangerous. Somewhere along the way, that stopped and now our government funds and promotes drug use under the term “harm reduction”. Think about the language alone. The government calls them “safe” injection sites. They are literally embedding the word “safe” into the name of a place where people inject illegal drugs like fentanyl and meth. And we wonder why young Canadians are confused about whether these drugs are dangerous… When government spends tax dollars on opioids in the name of “safe supply,”we are telling every young Canadian that hard drugs can be safe if the government supplies it. When supervised consumption sites in Vancouver literally advertise online that they welcome anyone 16 and older, they are telling teenagers if they want to try drugs for the first time, there is a government-approved facility ready to welcome them. That is not harm reduction, it is a complete moral failure. So yes, when the Minister of Health refuses to say that injecting fentanyl is dangerous, that tells me a lot. It tells me she believes in a country where drug use is normalized, enabled, and even funded. Our kids are watching, and they deserve a government that will return to telling the truth. There is nothing safe about doing drugs.
Dan Mazier@DanMazierMP

BREAKING Mark Carney's Health Minister REFUSES to say that injecting fentanyl is unsafe. Fentanyl is the most used drug in federally approved supervised consumption sites. The Liberals' radical drug enablement agenda has no limits.

The “no tax on Social Security” promise was misleading. I just did my mom’s taxes. They didn’t eliminate the tax. They added a temporary $6,000 senior deduction that reduces taxable income. Social Security is still taxed. Taxing seniors on benefits they already paid taxes into is absurd. Yet another bait-and-switch for campaign talking points. Do they really think their constituents won’t notice the thousands of dollars they still have to send to the IRS?

🇫🇷🔴Known as the "Monster of Cherbourg," one of the most horrifying accused criminals in France, Oumar Ndiaye, is now facing trial for his brutal broomstick rape of 29-year-old Mégane. On Aug. 4, 2023, the then 18-year-old Ndiaye broke into the home of Mégane in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin. He had no connection to the victim before the rape and attempted murder. Standing at 1.90 meters (6'2"), Ndiaye used his size to overpower the victim, brutally beating her across her body and face. He then repeatedly raped her, both through sexual intercourse, and then with a 29-inch-long broom handle. Mégane arrived at the hospital with life-threatening internal injuries, including perforations of her colon, small intestine, peritoneum, and diaphragm. She also suffered a collapsed lung and fractured ribs. Emergency responders who attended the scene were offered psychological care and support, with many emergency responders also breaking down in tears at the condition of the victim, France Bleu reported at the time. “Investigators are shocked, they have never seen so much barbarity,” one source familiar with the case told France Bleu. After spending a month in a coma on the brink of death, she finally regained consciousness on Sept. 6, 2023. Shortly after emerging from her coma, her father said: “(The government) not communicating about this attack gives credit to all these sexual predators and other parasites of society who plague the streets. A wake-up call to the government about the fact that we leave this kind of individual, with a heavy criminal past, in complete freedom, would be welcome. ‘Trust in justice,’ we were told… We only want that." Though she survived, her life has been shattered. She has undergone numerous surgeries and has been forced to move back in with her mother. Today, she suffers from recurrent nightmares and severe depression, requiring ongoing medication. She no longer leaves her house alone and has had to give up both her career and her passion for sports. Ndiaye had long been a known menace in his neighborhood of Octeville, where residents reported he frequently smoked cannabis and terrorized the community. At only 18, he already featured 17 offenses involving physical assault, theft, and the incestuous sexual assault of his younger sister. Disturbingly, he had been investigated in several previous rape cases, all of which were closed without further action. According to Le Figaro, the suspect expressed “neither empathy nor remorse” for the crime while he was in police custody. Ndiaye has been on trial since Wednesday in the Manche Assize Court. He faces charges of rape, torture, and acts of barbarity. If convicted, he faces a sentence of life in prison.

All of them are the same, looking out for themselves, because if they were looking out for us, they would work together on growing our economy. Still, instead, they pass commie bills and flood our country with dependents we never asked for and are too stupid to realize that when taxpayers are broke and bankrupt, they won’t get those golden pensions they sold their souls for.

Floor-crosser Lori Idlout and her husband own Nunavut Holdings, a home construction and supply business. And it just so happens that the Liberals have focused their rapid home building in Nunavut? And it just so happens a $50 million dollar university that needs construction supplies, appliances, and furnishings was announced by the Liberals? And it just so happens that she crosses the floor to the Liberals? The corruption is so out of control in this country. The government extorts taxes from Canadians and hand it out to each other.
