@PeterMBryson @MarkoS1988x @codeninja_007 @Ryanair If you compare the cost of a Ryanair flight, including the option to pick your seat, you’ll probably find it’s still cheaper than some competitors, but not everyone needs pre-allocated seating so hence they can get an even cheaper flight.

@Ryanair I am very disappointed! I understand random allocation of seats, but when I have bought two tickets for me and my gf, why would you separate us?!? Clearly there were two random seats next to each other…

@Jennikel @Ryanair Sorry, I’ve been away! I did get a response - but it basically reset the entire process and I am now back at square one again. My ‘compliant’ has a new reference and I’m back to waiting to hear from someone again (which has been days and still nothing again). Ryanair is so poor.

Extremely frustrated and annoyed at the lack of response I have received from @Ryanair. I have messaged five times since 30th April and not once had anyone responded. What poor customer service.
