I’m going to go out on a limb @DunelmUK, and suggest that most mums will not be delighted with a tablecloth for Mother’s Day. I think most mums want an end to the gender pay gap, equitable access to affordable childcare, and a BREAK. I’m not so sure they want table linen.

Food for thought. Especially considering the recommendation by my Union to accept the current pay offer. Any change to qualifications and assessment will almost certainly impact workload. When do we start negotiating that?
