Today @JessDFuller and I spent the day with a team in govt interested in exploring how they might apply @HilaryCottam’s Radical Help approach. We drew on Hilary’s work, added bits of our own, and also used @SystemSanctuary’s panarchy loop. A truly great day. Fills me with hope.

Collaboration across boundaries is critical for change in public service but it often fails. Is that because we've been working with a model of "collaboration in uniformity" rather than "collaboration in unity"? Last night in conversation with @_AdrianBrown, @keira_lowther, @allinote and @JessDFuller and I agreed on two mantras for CPI ANZ in 2023: (1) more twigs; (2) people need to party If that's not a strategic plan, I don't know what is.
