@merchoid good afternoon, I have sent an enquiry to chase a missing parcel and have had no response. I really need this sorting ASAP as it is a gift that is needed for in 10 days time

@merchoid I submitted a request 4 business days ago and my parcel should of been delivered 13 days ago. EVRi have searched for it and they have reported back that it is missing and for me also chase you which is not getting me anywhere. Can innot ring a customer support number?
