😠 Shame on @merchoid for ruining our main Christmas present. Ordered back in October, came in to stock at the start of December, status didn’t update to dispatched so we phoned to find out why it wasn’t sent, then got cancelled without even an apology, right before Christmas 😠

@amysians we don't send out update emails for date changes as we provide an order lookup facility on our website that can be used at any time to see the status.

@LamerGam3r do you have the support ticket ID number so we can chase this up with the help desk for you? When you send an email or submit a contact form you should automatically get a message confirming it's been received that will give you a 6 digit reference number
