Made some late changes to my team this morning, hence the weird ordering, but ended here. Having Jacques and Grlj both on field is a very nice start! Won’t be changing anything else from here, best of luck this season everyone! #AFLFantasy

Planned trades this week. Fortunately started Cook, so Murdock the only rookie fix up required - gives me the flexibly to grab a promo for Errol. Rationale for Callaghan below. Still have 623k ITB for next week. Moves subject to team selection. Good luck all! #AFLFantasy

@BrisbaneFantasy Yep, whispers that Callaghan was a little under-done going into the season. Didn't train Thursday last week due to residual soreness from R0. I'm keeping my ear to the ground to the reporting surrounding his fitness. Looked unhampered in game, and has trained normally this week

@JetCite I feel a bit light on premos this week with double downgrading and was considering Ash for McKercher but also really like the Callaghan shoutout. I read last week there was an injury concern, is that still a thing or was it just a knock?

@Matthew_271 Yeah Finn flipped to a genuine half back role late in the game, with Ash swapping into midfield after the result was already decided. I don't anticipate kick-ins to be a part of Callaghan's game going forward.

@JetCite Was going to cash up but think Ash is too tempting. Callaghan also 2 kick ins which is odd, sort of like Holmes role. Ash had 19% CBAs too what the? The game is now suiting halfbacks and mids like Callaghan & Holmes that go back to get the +6s in defence, also Miers as a fwd

@Matthew_271 Yep the GWS run is really nice. Given Finns functional role in the team, I anticipate he'll get a lot of that soft half back ball. Really nice mid-season bye too, which is a bonus. I'm always suspicious of Zorko given the age, but I have a blindspot there, back it if you like him

@JetCite Callaghan's run is insane! on DVP data - round 5 target for me but could be good to get him now. Ash might be traded in for me this week...Saints Pies is too tempting then bye & Tigers then Bombers Eagles Melb before their mid season bye. Zorko with Saints & Pies rd 3 & 4

Ross has also only tagged front of stoppage players for the last 6 months, so I anticipate Windy will either not tag, or run with Toby Greene at stoppage. They smashed the Pies for inside 50’s despite leaving Daicos, and lost inside 50’s to Melbourne with a Kozzie tag.

Landed on Callaghan - feel as if he’s a 105-110. Playing a really nice sweeper/transition scoring midfield role, and is suited to the new rules. Think he’s the most value of the promos to grab this week, and with no Sinclair, Windy or Whit, feel I can easily cover the round 4 bye

@GoatFantasyNews Hey Drew, do you have any intel on Finn Callaghan’s fitness? There’s been plenty of murmurs about him being underdone going into rounds 0 and 1, but he’s been looking good in game. Considering him as a trade in for Errol. Thanks!

@JetCite Similar position but don’t have Cook and stuck with X Lindsay instead of Parish. Gulden to Murdock a lock and either Lindsay to Cook or Colby to a Merrett/Ash type.

Finished up with a 2091 and rank of 21,739. Pretty average score, but feel like the team is still okay. Murdock the clear in for Gulden Just tossing go whether to go Todd Marshall to Rachele, or Colby to a premium with the 2nd trade. Will be banking cash regardless #AFLFantasy
