Over the past year, @PrismaXai has supported me so much from the very beginning until now, every step of the way. So I thought, why not gift PrismaX a short animated movie for its first Birthday?

When most people think about teleoperation, they think about controlling robots remotely. But within @PrismaXai , teleoperation is much bigger than that.
It is the starting point of a data driven ecosystem designed to accelerate the development of Physical AI.
1. 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐭 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐭: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚
PrismaX provides access to a diverse fleet of robots, including humanoids, robotic arms, quadrupeds and other specialized machines.
These robots operate in different environments and perform different tasks, creating opportunities to collect a wide variety of human demonstrations.
Without teleoperators interacting with these robots, there would be no real world data for the ecosystem to learn from.

2. 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
Every movement made by a teleoperator becomes valuable training data.
Whether it’s:
→ Picking up an object
→ Navigating a space
→ Manipulating tools
→ Completing a task sequence
The system records these actions and converts them into datasets that can later be used to train AI models.
The more diverse and high quality the data, the better the learning outcomes for future robots.
This is why teleoperators are often described as the teachers of robotic intelligence.
3. 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐄𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬
Collecting data is only half the process, for AI systems to learn effectively, the data must be accurate, consistent, and reliable.
This is where validation becomes critical.
Poor quality demonstrations can lead to poor model performance, while high quality demonstrations help create more capable robotic systems.
As PrismaX expands, human reviewers and validation systems will play a major role in ensuring the ecosystem maintains high data standards.

Big week for the PRISMAX community and I had to share this.
Three of my guys just got promoted to Groundbreaker, @El_Retinz , @Femi_J1 and @Julzcrypt .
If you’ve been around the community long enough you know these names.
Months of consistent contribution, quality content, showing up when it mattered.
Very well deserved.
And two community members just got selected as Regional Ambassadors,@IdaraAkpabio882 from our community and @FahddEth from the Egypt community.
Out of 1500+ applications, these two made the cut in the first cohort.
That says everything.
Congrats to all five.
This is what long term commitment looks like. 🙌
On another note, @PrismaXai just launched a Data Validation channel in Discord.
This is dedicated to selected testers sharing testing results, feature validation findings, bugs and edge cases discovered during testing, teleoperation insights and observations that could help improve the platform.
The community is now directly involved in shaping what gets built.
Testers with access to experimental features can share what they’re finding in real time, constructive feedback, knowledge sharing, all feeding into the future of Physical AI.
Two things happening at once, people being recognized for long term contribution and the platform opening up deeper involvement for serious contributors.
This is what the next chapter of PRISMAX looks like.

Back in February I made a post breaking down the PRISMAX role progression system. If you missed it you can check it on my X pinned post. @PrismaXai dropped the official full guide and there’s more detail now, especially around Groundbreaker which is the highest role in the system. The progression hasn’t changed. → Reactive → Assistive → Proactive → Exploratory → Stabilized → Navigational → Groundbreaker Seven roles. Same structure I covered earlier. But what’s new is how detailed they’ve gotten about what Groundbreaker actually requires. To get there from Navigational you need to meet at least 3 contribution dimensions in one month, content, community growth, user support, regional building, product feedback or community safety. At least one of those needs to show outstanding performance. And once you have it you have to keep earning it. Minimum 180 minutes of teleoperation per month to maintain the role. Miss that without telling the team and it gets reviewed. Two consecutive cycles of inactivity and you drop back to Navigational. The benefits though, up to 60 minutes of exclusive teleoperation per week and priority consideration for the Ambassador Program. Like I said in my earlier post, quality matters more than volume but consistency still counts. That hasn’t changed. The full guide just makes it clearer how far that principle goes all the way to the top. Roles here aren’t permanent badges. They reflect what you’re doing right now.
