In my view, the Senate’s failure to convict (which was unfortunate) does not justify this interpretation of the 14th amendment (which, for starters, does not even name the office of the president).

We were right in the midst of rebuilding I-95 for my birthday a few weeks ago... so Lori and the kids took me rafting on the Lehigh River for a belated birthday trip.
