On top of that, making a complaint is near impossible: • Complaints page lists phone number where you can’t make a complaint. • Suggests WhatsApp system which is broken for me. It’s a shambles

• No/low water in CV31–4. Burst main. @stwater didn’t notify me or neighbours. • Automated message falsely claims we were contacted—no note, call, email etc. • Incident report webpage broken. • Phone system unhelpful and sends you in circles. • @Ofwat is this acceptable?

@HMRCcustomers My bank also told me that it is the government (i.e. you) who make the rules and so they could not tell me. I have to ask you.

@HMRCcustomers gov.uk also suggests calling HMRC, which I can do, but I imagine that something asynchronous would be more helpful as they are unlikely to have the answer on the spot. I will also try that though.

@HMRCcustomers, I have a question about transferring ISAs. It says on gov.uk that you must wait 12 months to use the LISA bonus for a house. So, if you transfer from a Help to Buy to a LISA, are you penalised by having to wait 12 months to use the bonus?
