IS TEXAS’ GOVERNMENT TRYING TO SIEZE YOUR PRIVATE PROPERTY? This is a long post but it’s VITAL that all my Texan friends are aware of this: Your own state government, via a bureaucratic unelected group called ERCOT, is arguing that they need to take YOUR privately owned land to build 4,000 MORE miles of power lines. They’re doing this in the name of “reliable energy.” Who’s footing the $33,000,000,000 bill? You. This is not something you voted for. Will it work? As most things with government involvement… not really. These power lines are not entirely effective, because when the electricity travels, it becomes weaker over distance. So much so that it may not even make it to its destination. Distance equals loss. Maybe I’m old fashioned but “reliable energy” shouldn’t have to travel hundreds of miles, be a total eyesore, and only have a small percentage of making it to your home. I don’t know ANY Texan who’d want a giant power line running through their backyard, especially for a project they didn’t vote for, while the government lays claim to their private property in the process. This sets a precedent for other states. In the same way that almost half of the other states take school curriculum and SAT passage rates from Texas, they take energy policy suggestions from the Lone Star State. If precedent set, it means that Texans are okay with the government taking private land for projects that may not even be helpful in helping Texans! You may not live in Texas, but your energy policy, and your tax dollars, are shaped by decisions like this. Bad energy policy in one state can ripple across the entire country’s grid and economy. If billions can be spent on inefficient solutions here, it raises questions about how energy is managed everywhere. This is about more than power lines. It’s about who controls land, resources and local decision-making. What happens in Texas often becomes a model, or a warning, for the rest of the country.

So GLOBAL GREG loads up the ERCOT board with international "green energy" enthusiasts and pushes the stupid and ridiculous wind and solar farms making Texas 14% reliant on "green" unreliable power. -built in tornado alley -NEVER runs even 14 years but financed for 20-30 yrs -long haul transmission from remote wind/solar farms are hundreds of miles from metro centers requiring massive infrastructure and step up transformers to "push" that "wind and solar" generated electricity to area of demand Greg got caught and ignored our warning for years causing the massive rolling power blackouts of the big freeze during covid when he had you locked down. But, Greg didn't care...he got over $30 million in donations from energy producers in donations the following quarter. Do you know what you got? YOU got your power turned off every day over and over while Texas Electric Producers SOLD Texas power across state lines for a nickel more per kilowatt hour in the terawatts to those 7 other states... They shut off YOUR power to sell Texas power across state lines to make a fortune. The largest power "RAKE" in history. YOU got frozen water pipes that burst spewing water in your homes and businesses...so you got to repair that. MANY of you had insurance claims as a result so EVERYONE...ALL Texans got an insurance increase as a result. CAN you now see how the can gets kicked down the road and how much this Governor monetizes on YOU, the hard working tax payer? THIS was all predicted. THIS was all warned against. THIS was all preventable. THIS was all ignored...on purpose.
