It’s only day 3, but the using the Hava app (@JoinHava) is getting under my skin in a good way. I knew how to boost satiety already, but using the app to track satiety-per-calorie is different. I’m absolutely stuffed eating moderate calories. Stuffed! Here’s my day 👇🏻


For a month, starting today, I won’t count calories, protein and fat. Instead, I’ll be trying the Hava method using the app (@JoinHava) and making satiety-per-calorie the guiding principle. Honest experience and review to follow. Good start with brunch, but I can do better!

Absolutely agree here The article briefly mentions increased protein and fiber in one of their featured patients, but not much more outside of that I'm a huge fan of SPC and what @tednaiman and @DrEenfeldt have put forth through the @JoinHava app The food guide I give to my weight management patients is SPC-driven and has also been incredibly helpful in my type 2 diabetic patients as well
