There is no coherent argument against a blanket ban on all third world immigration. Nobody can explain how such a policy would harm the United States, because obviously it wouldn't. There is literally no downside. It's all upside. And we all know it.
This passage is repeatedly abused by leftists for the purpose of emotionally manipulating Christians. It’s such a problem that @alisa_childers had to address it in a video a few weeks BEFORE the Piper controversy. To casually toss it out there without proper explanation is negligent at best.
The fatal error of most strains of Christian Nationalism occurs when we look at the way the world wields power (through domination & coercion), and instead of rejecting it, we envy it. We believe we can accomplish God's ends through the world's means. We want the ring.
The selective outrage from the left is nauseating.
