I’ve been eating about 1,900 calories a day. Mostly ground beef, lightly breaded chicken, eggs, plain Greek yogurt with honey and fruit. A few cheat meals here and there. Little to no sweets. (RIP ice cream😭) Walking 10k steps a day. Gym 2x a week for weight lifting. Started at 186, weighed in at 177 today. A few months in now. Still no abs. This shit ain’t easy. Oh, I’m 42 years old.
