There’s apparently a warrior class of teaching elders in the PCA that I wasn’t aware of. They trained with people who could kill you with their bare hands, but they don’t talk about masculinity. They only talk about killing people with their bare hands. Which, of course, is a very different thing.

I've been wearing hearing aids since I was 22. Being a SAW gunner will do that to you. Today I got new hearing aids I don't have to buy batteries for. Obviously, I would rather have my hearing back, but I am incredibly thankful for the Lord's provision to have these. If I had to do it all over again, I would still lose my hearing for this amazing country we live in.

Women pretending to be men. Karoline is saying what I say when I come home from building (literally) all day and I cross the threshold of my door to my beautiful wife and kids. This is not what it looks like to be a conservative woman. What are these women conserving? Not biblical womanhood or virtuous femininity. Just their version of feminism. Stay far away!

Don’t trust men who never fight or men who are always fighting.
